This is Mick`s announcement:
"Hi people, next Monday 18th May, The Jimmy Copley Band which features Mark Stanway [keyboards] Mo Birch [b/vocals] Mickie Moody [guitar] Pete Cox [vocals] Ian Jennings [bass] Jimmy on drums of course and myself on guitar , will be on The Paul Jones Blues Show on BBC 2 @ 19.00pm. We will be playing songs from Jimmy's great album 'Slap My Hand' . Paul has been playing the album for a while and asked Jimmy to be on the show. We recorded the show a few weeks ago and it was a blast. The nice thing for Jimmy is that Paul popped in to the studio to say hi and stayed the whole time we we're there, a great time was had by all and we look forward to working together again,hope you enjoy it. Meanwhile Jimmy and myself are back on the road this weekend with MMEB. Keep it here and keep it rockin'. Mick R."
